This property is partially subsidized, offering 28 out of 40 units with direct subsidy through the USDA Rental Assistance Program. With subsidies, your rent will be calculated to 30% of your income and the government will pay the difference each month.
In our non-subsidized units, there will be a base rental range that you will also pay based on 30% of your income up to our top rents. The rental ranges for our units when subsidy is not available are:
One Bedroom rent is $870 and Two Bedroom rent is $930
Subsidy is usually not available at move-in. Once a tenant, you may qualify for our waiting list for subsidy based on the percentage of income you will pay towards rent.
Two bedrooms must be rented by two people, unless for a reasonable accommodation. Utilities are included in rent.
