Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Seattle, WA, Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. is an accredited real estate management company that specializes in both conventional and subsidized multi-family and senior properties located throughout the Pacific Northwest.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Founded by Northwest natives Russ Francisco and Kathryn Carlstrom, the Company's growth can in large part be attributed to its' skilled and tenured staff of CPA's, a tax attorney, multiple experienced and credentialed property managers, financial managers, seasoned resident managers and dutiful maintenance teams and building engineers, in addition to having in house project development and construction management professionals.
The Company's long tenure and professional background, in both commercial and residential properties, together with decades of marketing and management experience, makes Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. a true standout locally and nationally, with the Company receiving National recognition in prior years from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for its' dedication and outstanding performance in providing safe and affordable housing.
WHAT WE DO
With each client we develop a personalized asset management plan. Each plan takes into consideration the specific current and long-term goals of the individual property owners which may include refinance options as well as tax planning considerations, legacy transfers and gifts, as well as other estate planning considerations that may include the marketing and selling of assets to optimize the client's return on their investment.
With its' broad view of the industry and its' marketing expertise, Pan Pacific Properties is also a powerful ally for clients looking to sell, improve or acquire additional income properties as they continue to grow or trim their current holdings.
