Affordable Housing

Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. has been recognized both locally and nationally for its expertise in managing affordable housing. In fact, Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. was recognized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development when company personnel accepted an award in the Washington DC HUD office for having one of "HUD's High Performing Multifamily Properties." Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. is dedicated to being an important provider of decent, safe, and sanitary affordable housing.

Conventional Housing

Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. has long-term experience in all aspects of operating and marketing of conventional apartment communities. Success in managing these buildings requires knowledge only gained by experience of actually working at the properties. Our Regional Managers all have experience as Site Managers and are able to use that knowledge to produce excellent results.

Asset Management

In addition to providing property management services, Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. works closely with its clients and advisors to develop property-specific asset management plans. Individual plans may include such strategies as refinancing, renovation, tax-deferred exchanges and repositioning of individual properties to address unique challenges and to meet our clients' short-term and long-term goals.
